My infatuation with Blabla kids continues. And if it's possible, these dolls just got even cuter, thanks to these new dress-up costumes! What fun!  My boys went bonkers when I showed them this!

     

I think it'd be a toss up who'd have more fun with these...me or the boys!?  LOVE.

I'm kinda obsessing about pleats over here.  Can not seem to get enough.  I'm especially loving these intricately designed lovelies.    

Hmmm, these have me thinking of DIYing a cheap pair of sandals. Seems easy, right?

{ i spy a diy - the picnic polo }

One of my favorite kind of projects is the kind where you take a boring piece of clothing and give it new life with trimmings or embellishments.  These kinds of "re-fashions", as lot of people call them, totally rock because they are quick, easy and usually really cheap.

I picked up this plain, red striped polo for a buck at the thrift store.  I added a ruffle trim (using this fabric), a cool measuring tape ribbon to the placket, and some pretty wooden buttons, and I had a whole new look that I love.

Picnic anyone? ;)

We are soooo ready for the lazy and/or fun-filled summer days! We've put together our list of fun things to do in the next few months.

I don't like to plan too much because I love to keep summer feeling really care free.  What do you have on your list?

I caught a show on TLC recently about people and their various collections.  I was chatting with the Mr., and saying that I don't really collect anything, but I'd like to.  And he said, "I don't know.  It seems like you've started quite the collection of Anthropologie dresses." Ha!   He's got me there.  I actually do consider myself a bit of a curator of these lovelies.  I'm excited that warm weather is here, and I can start breaking out the pretty frocks!
